Releases galore happen Friday, November 15th at TTs in Cambridge |
Get ready for a Release Extravaganza at TT the Bear's this Friday, November 15th!
Be there early for the artsy angsts of the 2013 Indie International Songwriting Contest winner, Bent Knee as they play their last Boston show of the year before their Japan tour in December.
The evening continues with the secret agent siren sounds of Sarah Rabdau & Self-Employed Assassins, playing songs off their upcoming release, Free As Thieves, featuring the single, "67 Mustang" and my favorite, "Summer of Love". The anticipated full length sophomore release follows the band's 2008 self-titled debut record.
The Michael J. Epstein / Sophia Cacciola collaborative project, Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling, will premiere two new videos and music for their new double single By Hook or By Crook. "These songs are part of the band’s project to write and record 17 songs, each one based on and inspired by an episode of the '60s cult sci-fi TV series, The Prisoner," states Cacciola. If the band is taking requests, I'd love to hear a Twin Peaks inspired record.
Headlining the event will be 2013 Boston Music Awards Electronic Artist Of The Year nominee, Lifestyle, who promises to send attendees into a celebratory dance frenzy by the end of the night.
This show is 18+/$8 in advance/ $10 at doors. For full details, including advanced ticket sales, visit the official Facebook event page.
