Cranberry Pear Ginger Fizz

- 1 bottle ginger beer
- Gin (we enjoy New Amsterdam)
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 lime
- Simple syrup
- Rosemary for garnish
Howz to Makes Fancy Cocktail
In a pint class, muddle 4 cranberries and 2 slices of pear. Add a teaspoon of both lime juice and simple syrup. Add 1 oz of gin. Fill with ice and shake. With a strainer, pour into a champagne flute, add ginger beer, garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
